As an Associate Project Engineer with the employer, you will learn quickly and contribute and help shape how the construction engineering team works. This position is based in Fayetteville, NC. This is a full-time, permanent position. This role is on site at our Fayetteville location.
What you’ll do
- Support closeout documentation
- Review drawings and specifications for conflicts
- Manage RFIs, submittals and change orders on commercial construction projects
- Track budgets and costs alongside the project manager
- Coordinate subcontractors and track the project schedule
- Attend owner and subcontractor meetings and keep minutes
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or a related field
- Strong organizational skills
- Experience with Procore or similar construction software
- Ability to read construction drawings
Nice to have
- Experience on projects over $20M
- OSHA 30 certification
Compensation and benefits
The pay range for this position in Fayetteville, NC is $58,000 – $74,000 per year. Final pay depends on experience, skills and qualifications.
