As an Associate Industrial Engineer with the employer, you will learn quickly and contribute and help shape how the industrial & manufacturing engineering team works. This position is based in Worcester, MA. This is a full-time, permanent position. This role is on site at our Worcester location.
What you’ll do
- Run time studies and set labor standards
- Design facility layouts and material flow
- Map value streams and lead kaizen events
- Build capacity and staffing models
- Analyze operational data and recommend improvements
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering
- Strong analytical and spreadsheet skills
- Knowledge of lean tools
- Clear communication with operations teams
Nice to have
- Lean Six Sigma certification
- Experience with FlexSim or Arena
Compensation and benefits
The pay range for this position in Worcester, MA is $73,000 – $93,000 per year. Final pay depends on experience, skills and qualifications.
