We are hiring a Project Engineer to join our construction engineering team in Aurora. You will work independently on projects that matter to our customers. This is a full-time, permanent position. This role is hybrid, with three days a week in our Aurora office.
What you’ll do
- Support closeout documentation
- Review drawings and specifications for conflicts
- Manage RFIs, submittals and change orders on commercial construction projects
- Track budgets and costs alongside the project manager
- Coordinate subcontractors and track the project schedule
- Attend owner and subcontractor meetings and keep minutes
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or a related field
- 3+ years of relevant professional experience
- Strong organizational skills
- Comfort working on active job sites
- Experience with Procore or similar construction software
Nice to have
- OSHA 30 certification
- Experience on projects over $20M
Compensation and benefits
The pay range for this position in Aurora, CO is $79,000 – $101,000 per year. Final pay depends on experience, skills and qualifications.
