As a Systems Engineer with the employer, you will work independently and help shape how the systems engineering team works. This position is based in Rockford, IL. This is a full-time, permanent position. This role is on site at our Rockford location.
What you’ll do
- Develop and manage system and subsystem requirements
- Lead technical reviews with customers and suppliers
- Define interfaces and maintain interface control documents
- Plan and track verification and validation activities
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field
- 3+ years of relevant professional experience
- Experience with requirements management tools such as DOORS or Jama
- Strong written communication
- Knowledge of the systems engineering lifecycle
Nice to have
- Experience with Cameo Systems Modeler
- INCOSE certification
Compensation and benefits
The pay range for this position in Rockford, IL is $104,000 – $132,000 per year. Final pay depends on experience, skills and qualifications.
