We are hiring a Systems Engineer to join our systems engineering team in El Paso. You will work independently on projects that matter to our customers. This is a full-time, permanent position. This role is hybrid, with three days a week in our El Paso office.
What you’ll do
- Plan and track verification and validation activities
- Lead technical reviews with customers and suppliers
- Define interfaces and maintain interface control documents
- Build system models in SysML
- Develop and manage system and subsystem requirements
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field
- 3+ years of relevant professional experience
- Knowledge of the systems engineering lifecycle
- Experience with requirements management tools such as DOORS or Jama
- Ability to work across disciplines
Nice to have
- INCOSE certification
- Experience with Cameo Systems Modeler
Compensation and benefits
The pay range for this position in El Paso, TX is $100,000 – $128,000 per year. Final pay depends on experience, skills and qualifications.
