As a Network Engineer with the employer, you will work independently and help shape how the software engineering team works. This position is based in Pomona, CA. This is a full-time, permanent position. This role is on site at our Pomona location.
What you’ll do
- Document network designs and standards
- Configure routing, switching, firewalls and SD-WAN
- Monitor performance and troubleshoot outages
- Design, build and support enterprise LAN, WAN and data center networks
- Automate network changes with Python and Ansible
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field
- 3+ years of relevant professional experience
- Experience with Cisco, Juniper or Arista platforms
- Firewall administration experience
- Clear documentation habits
Nice to have
- Experience with cloud networking
- CCNP or CCIE certification
Compensation and benefits
The pay range for this position in Pomona, CA is $126,000 – $160,000 per year. Final pay depends on experience, skills and qualifications.
