As a Senior Industrial Engineer with the employer, you will lead technical work and help shape how the industrial & manufacturing engineering team works. This position is based in Philadelphia, PA. This is a full-time, permanent position. This role is hybrid, with three days a week in our Philadelphia office.
What you’ll do
- Map value streams and lead kaizen events
- Build capacity and staffing models
- Analyze operational data and recommend improvements
- Run time studies and set labor standards
- Mentor junior engineers and review their work
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering
- 5+ years of relevant professional experience
- Clear communication with operations teams
- Strong analytical and spreadsheet skills
- Knowledge of lean tools
- A track record of leading projects from scope through delivery
Nice to have
- Lean Six Sigma certification
- Experience with FlexSim or Arena
Compensation and benefits
The pay range for this position in Philadelphia, PA is $101,000 – $129,000 per year. Final pay depends on experience, skills and qualifications.
