The employer is looking for a Senior RF Engineer in New York, NY. In this role you will lead technical work alongside an experienced electrical & computer engineering team and take real ownership of your work. This is a full-time, permanent position. This role is on site at our New York location.
What you’ll do
- Simulate RF circuits in Keysight ADS or HFSS
- Support FCC and carrier certification testing
- Design and characterize RF front ends and antennas
- Calculate link budgets and system requirements
- Measure performance with network and spectrum analyzers
- Mentor junior engineers and review their work
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
- 5+ years of relevant professional experience
- Ability to troubleshoot at the board level
- Experience with RF simulation tools
- Experience with RF test equipment
- A track record of leading projects from scope through delivery
Nice to have
- Graduate degree with an RF focus
- Experience with phased arrays
Compensation and benefits
The pay range for this position in New York, NY is $175,000 – $222,000 per year. Final pay depends on experience, skills and qualifications.
