As an Associate Data Engineer with the employer, you will learn quickly and contribute and help shape how the data engineering team works. This position is based in Everett, WA. This is a full-time, permanent position. This role is hybrid, with three days a week in our Everett office.
What you’ll do
- Monitor data quality and fix pipeline failures quickly
- Build and maintain batch and streaming pipelines into the data warehouse
- Optimize warehouse cost and query performance
- Work with stakeholders to turn reporting needs into data products
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics or a related field
- Experience with an orchestration tool such as Airflow or Dagster
- Understanding of dimensional data modeling
- Experience with a cloud data warehouse
Nice to have
- Experience with Spark or Flink
- Experience with data contracts or data observability tools
Compensation and benefits
The pay range for this position in Everett, WA is $104,000 – $132,000 per year. Final pay depends on experience, skills and qualifications.
