The employer is looking for an Associate Manufacturing Engineer in McKinney, TX. In this role you will learn quickly and contribute alongside an experienced industrial & manufacturing engineering team and take real ownership of your work. This is a full-time, permanent position. This role is hybrid, with three days a week in our McKinney office.
What you’ll do
- Develop and improve manufacturing processes for new and existing products
- Design fixtures, tooling and work cells
- Write work instructions and process documentation
- Support new product introduction on the production floor
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering
- Working knowledge of lean and continuous improvement
- Experience in a production manufacturing environment
- CAD skills for fixture design
Nice to have
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt
- Experience with automation and robotics
Compensation and benefits
The pay range for this position in McKinney, TX is $62,000 – $79,000 per year. Final pay depends on experience, skills and qualifications.
