The employer is looking for a Structural Engineer in Provo, UT. In this role you will work independently alongside an experienced civil engineering team and take real ownership of your work. This is a full-time, permanent position. This role is on site at our Provo location.
What you’ll do
- Build analysis models in RISA, ETABS or SAP2000
- Review shop drawings and answer contractor RFIs
- Prepare calculations and structural drawings coordinated in Revit
- Perform condition assessments of existing structures
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
- 3+ years of relevant professional experience
- Experience with structural analysis software
- Knowledge of IBC, ASCE 7, AISC and ACI codes
- Clear communication with architects and contractors
Nice to have
- Seismic design experience
- PE or SE license
Compensation and benefits
The pay range for this position in Provo, UT is $92,000 – $117,000 per year. Final pay depends on experience, skills and qualifications.
