We are hiring an Aerospace Engineer to join our aerospace engineering team in Los Angeles. You will work independently on projects that matter to our customers. This is a full-time, permanent position. This role is on site at our Los Angeles location.
What you’ll do
- Write test plans and support qualification testing
- Prepare certification and compliance documentation
- Work across design, manufacturing and supplier teams
- Analyze aircraft and spacecraft structures and systems
- Run stress, thermal and dynamics analyses
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering
- 3+ years of relevant professional experience
- Strong technical documentation skills
- Solid understanding of aerospace structures or systems
- Experience with FEA tools such as NASTRAN or ANSYS
Nice to have
- Composite structures experience
- Experience with FAA certification
Compensation and benefits
The pay range for this position in Los Angeles, CA is $131,000 – $167,000 per year. Final pay depends on experience, skills and qualifications.
