We are hiring a QA Automation Engineer to join our software engineering team in Sacramento. You will work independently on projects that matter to our customers. This is a full-time, permanent position. This role is hybrid, with three days a week in our Sacramento office.
What you’ll do
- Integrate automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline
- Report on quality metrics and release readiness
- Design and maintain automated UI and API test suites
- Write test plans and test cases for new features
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
- 3+ years of relevant professional experience
- Experience building test automation with Selenium, Playwright or Cypress
- Programming ability in Python, Java or JavaScript
- Strong attention to detail
Nice to have
- ISTQB certification
- Experience with performance testing tools such as JMeter or k6
Compensation and benefits
The pay range for this position in Sacramento, CA is $119,000 – $151,000 per year. Final pay depends on experience, skills and qualifications.
