We are hiring a Senior Energy Engineer to join our energy engineering team in Denver. You will lead technical work on projects that matter to our customers. This is a full-time, permanent position. This role is on site at our Denver location.
What you’ll do
- Model energy-saving measures and calculate payback
- Conduct energy audits of commercial and industrial facilities
- Run measurement and verification of completed projects
- Write reports and present results to clients
- Mentor junior engineers and review their work
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Energy Engineering
- 5+ years of relevant professional experience
- Strong spreadsheet and data analysis skills
- Knowledge of building systems and energy efficiency
- Client-facing communication skills
- A track record of leading projects from scope through delivery
Nice to have
- Experience with incentive programs
- CEM or PE certification
Compensation and benefits
The pay range for this position in Denver, CO is $114,000 – $145,000 per year. Final pay depends on experience, skills and qualifications.
