The employer is looking for an Associate Environmental Engineer in Fresno, CA. In this role you will learn quickly and contribute alongside an experienced environmental engineering team and take real ownership of your work. This is a full-time, permanent position. This role is on site at our Fresno location.
What you’ll do
- Prepare air, water and waste permit applications
- Collect and interpret soil, groundwater and air samples
- Write compliance reports for state and federal agencies
- Plan and run site investigations and remediation projects
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental, Civil or Chemical Engineering
- OSHA 40-hour HAZWOPER (or able to obtain)
- Knowledge of EPA and state environmental regulations
- Strong technical writing
Nice to have
- PE license
- Experience with PFAS investigation or treatment
Compensation and benefits
The pay range for this position in Fresno, CA is $76,000 – $97,000 per year. Final pay depends on experience, skills and qualifications.
