Our New Orleans office is growing, and we need an Associate Reliability Engineer who can learn quickly and contribute from day one. You will work closely with a collaborative mechanical engineering group and report to the mechanical engineering manager. This is a full-time, permanent position. This role is on site at our New Orleans location.
What you’ll do
- Improve preventive maintenance plans in the CMMS
- Track and report on equipment availability and mean time between failures
- Develop reliability-centered maintenance strategies for critical equipment
- Run predictive maintenance programs (vibration, thermography, oil analysis)
- Analyze failure data and lead root-cause investigations
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Industrial Engineering
- Knowledge of FMEA and RCA methods
- Data analysis skills
- Experience in an industrial maintenance or reliability role
Nice to have
- Vibration analyst certification
- CMRP certification
Compensation and benefits
The pay range for this position in New Orleans, LA is $68,000 – $87,000 per year. Final pay depends on experience, skills and qualifications.
