We are hiring a Project Engineer to join our construction engineering team in Palm Bay. You will work independently on projects that matter to our customers. This is a full-time, permanent position. This role is on site at our Palm Bay location.
What you’ll do
- Support closeout documentation
- Track budgets and costs alongside the project manager
- Coordinate subcontractors and track the project schedule
- Review drawings and specifications for conflicts
- Manage RFIs, submittals and change orders on commercial construction projects
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or a related field
- 3+ years of relevant professional experience
- Ability to read construction drawings
- Comfort working on active job sites
- Strong organizational skills
Nice to have
- Experience on projects over $20M
- OSHA 30 certification
Compensation and benefits
The pay range for this position in Palm Bay, FL is $73,000 – $92,000 per year. Final pay depends on experience, skills and qualifications.
