We are hiring an Associate Site Reliability Engineer to join our software engineering team in New York. You will learn quickly and contribute on projects that matter to our customers. This is a full-time, permanent position. This role is on site at our New York location.
What you’ll do
- Define service level objectives with product teams and track error budgets
- Run capacity planning and load testing for critical services
- Build tooling that removes toil from operations work
- Lead incident response and write blameless post-incident reviews
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Deep Linux and networking fundamentals
- Experience with modern observability tooling
- Experience operating large-scale production systems
Nice to have
- Experience in a regulated or high-availability environment
- Experience with chaos engineering
Compensation and benefits
The pay range for this position in New York, NY is $119,000 – $152,000 per year. Final pay depends on experience, skills and qualifications.
