We are hiring a Reliability Engineer to join our mechanical engineering team in Philadelphia. You will work independently on projects that matter to our customers. This is a full-time, permanent position. This role is on site at our Philadelphia location.
What you’ll do
- Run predictive maintenance programs (vibration, thermography, oil analysis)
- Analyze failure data and lead root-cause investigations
- Track and report on equipment availability and mean time between failures
- Improve preventive maintenance plans in the CMMS
- Develop reliability-centered maintenance strategies for critical equipment
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Industrial Engineering
- 3+ years of relevant professional experience
- Experience in an industrial maintenance or reliability role
- Experience with a CMMS such as SAP PM or Maximo
- Data analysis skills
Nice to have
- Vibration analyst certification
- CMRP certification
Compensation and benefits
The pay range for this position in Philadelphia, PA is $92,000 – $117,000 per year. Final pay depends on experience, skills and qualifications.
