The employer is looking for an Associate Civil Engineer in Omaha, NE. In this role you will learn quickly and contribute alongside an experienced civil engineering team and take real ownership of your work. This is a full-time, permanent position. This role is on site at our Omaha location.
What you’ll do
- Prepare site, grading, utility and drainage designs for land development projects
- Produce construction drawings and specifications in Civil 3D
- Coordinate with municipal reviewers and secure permits
- Support construction administration, including submittal review and site visits
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
- Ability to manage several projects at once
- Strong technical writing skills
- Working knowledge of local and state design standards
Nice to have
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or EIT certification
- Experience with HEC-RAS or SWMM
Compensation and benefits
The pay range for this position in Omaha, NE is $65,000 – $83,000 per year. Final pay depends on experience, skills and qualifications.
