As a Quality Engineer with the employer, you will work independently and help shape how the industrial & manufacturing engineering team works. This position is based in Peoria, AZ. This is a full-time, permanent position. This role is hybrid, with three days a week in our Peoria office.
What you’ll do
- Own corrective and preventive action (CAPA) investigations
- Monitor processes with statistical process control
- Develop inspection plans and control plans
- Work with suppliers to resolve quality issues
- Support customer and third-party audits
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field
- 3+ years of relevant professional experience
- Experience with ISO 9001 or a similar quality management system
- Working knowledge of SPC and measurement systems analysis
- Strong documentation habits
Nice to have
- ASQ Certified Quality Engineer (CQE)
- Experience with AS9100, IATF 16949 or ISO 13485
Compensation and benefits
The pay range for this position in Peoria, AZ is $75,000 – $96,000 per year. Final pay depends on experience, skills and qualifications.
