Our Oklahoma City office is growing, and we need an Associate Site Reliability Engineer who can learn quickly and contribute from day one. You will work closely with a collaborative software engineering group and report to the software engineering manager. This is a full-time, permanent position. This role is hybrid, with three days a week in our Oklahoma City office.
What you’ll do
- Run capacity planning and load testing for critical services
- Lead incident response and write blameless post-incident reviews
- Define service level objectives with product teams and track error budgets
- Improve the observability stack: metrics, logs and traces
- Build tooling that removes toil from operations work
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Experience with modern observability tooling
- Deep Linux and networking fundamentals
- Experience operating large-scale production systems
Nice to have
- Experience in a regulated or high-availability environment
- Experience with chaos engineering
Compensation and benefits
The pay range for this position in Oklahoma City, OK is $92,000 – $117,000 per year. Final pay depends on experience, skills and qualifications.
