We are hiring an Associate Reliability Engineer to join our mechanical engineering team in Ontario. You will learn quickly and contribute on projects that matter to our customers. This is a full-time, permanent position. This role is on site at our Ontario location.
What you’ll do
- Track and report on equipment availability and mean time between failures
- Analyze failure data and lead root-cause investigations
- Develop reliability-centered maintenance strategies for critical equipment
- Improve preventive maintenance plans in the CMMS
- Run predictive maintenance programs (vibration, thermography, oil analysis)
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Industrial Engineering
- Data analysis skills
- Experience in an industrial maintenance or reliability role
- Knowledge of FMEA and RCA methods
Nice to have
- CMRP certification
- Vibration analyst certification
Compensation and benefits
The pay range for this position in Ontario, CA is $83,000 – $106,000 per year. Final pay depends on experience, skills and qualifications.
